Well, it's not entirely honest. It took me two decades of learning psychology, over a decade of Buddhism, practicing mindfulness and three major breakdowns to reach this stage. Now, I only have to "practice what I preach." So, I wish I could give you a shortcut, but sadly...

I'm glad to hear that your inner self wants to change. I wish you much strength and wisdom!
