I observe how you all speak, just like I learned Spanish because of my partner and today I'm fluent... but I think I said too much
I wanted to write something in English that might be meaningful… but I feel limited, even though I'm very good in my original language. I feel like Portuguese carries an invaluable musicality that English just doesn't have ( and that's just my personal opinion, please.)

I can somewhat agree on the musicality take, also compared with Spanish, I can read and speak some Galician (North Iberian language sister with portuguese) and I also find it so lyrical compared with Castillian.

I can write in Portuguese and Spanish, but I struggle with using neutral gender because these languages use masculine or feminine depending on the sentence, so I make a lot of mistakes in that…
I write like this because my ex is from here, even though they've passed away, I don't want to expose them.
in my language: eu sei escrever adequadamente na minha lingua materna mas tenho problemas em ser neutra no ingles,mas só faço isto pq quero respeita meu ex relacionamento que tem amigos neste forum....apenas por isto
