I'm not from the UK, but it looks like a step in the right direction for you. However, it's probably not enough for most people here on SS.
They added a condition: "who are terminally ill or intolerably suffering". So somebody is going to judge if your suffering is intolerable.

At least they're allowing assisted suicide.. it sucks that its only for the terminally ill.
