i'm stupidly trying to od by abusing meds that skyrocket my bp again. even though it's irrational i literally can't stop myself lol. i had blood work done and it did suggest some sort of cardiovascular damage and i saw in my dna test that i have very high genetic risk for stroke/heart attack and stuff and my vision is already going quite blurry and left side numb 
another part of me does wish i had the self control to not try some random stupid way without knowing much biochemistry or whatever but it is what it is tbh. plus i've been going to a blood pressure machine these past few days to make sure my bp stays above stage 3 hypertension which it has! it's also not painful or displeasureable, as of far
