Bloody hell. For $50 mil couldn't they just assassinate him? I'm guessing they're not doing a Bin Laden on him because Enough venesualans would retaliate some how? Unless they have enough evidence on him?

I won't be surprised if one of his own people turn him in. But that's crazy.They probably want information from him, regarding his assets and network etc. Which is why they're willing to pay so much and also why they want him alive. It's still interesting. Why would you put something out like this? Wouldn't the CIA try to carry out a covert mission?
