Trapped by my job.

My job causes me so much misery and it is making everything worse. I have to work on an office where all I do is run an AI to send summaries to people who do not read what is sent. I feel so useless and stuck. I have been with this company for 9 years and I do not have it in me to leave. This company as awful as it has been to me; it is one of the only constants in my life. If I could just work from home again I wouldn't feel so awful. Being in this office for 12 hour shifts where I do less than two hours of work makes me want to die. I think about how it feels like the only way out. I want to die enough because of everything else in my life is awful and being in office just adds to it.

I think everyone that works in an office should be given the option to work from home at least some of the time. Its crazy because people will complain about people with disabilities or mental health issues not working, but then employers aren't willing to offer flexible solutions (like homeworking) to keep people in the workplace.

9 years is a long time to be with the same company, I can see why it would be very difficult to move on to something else

I can feel you bro even I'm in a job that i do not want to do. I don't know how to drag myself through this job everyday. Today I'm in the office. Though sitting in the office is fun. But this job
