Is 600mg of tramadol and 2 bottles of. Nyquil and alcohol enough to successfully die and is it a near painless death?

Really?? I read that 1 full bottle of nyquil is dangerous? Especially mixed with alcohol and tramadol(600mg is probably not enough now that i think about it)

Pretty sure it would be quite painful and it is probably not lethal. You could also sustain severe liver damage from the acetaminophen in NyQuil as well. 0/10 would not recommend.
