Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi everyone,
I have 700 mg of zopiclone, 13500 mg pregabalin and 1400 mg promethazine hydrochloride. I don't see why OD on all of these plus a bottle of vodka wouldn't be fatal without intervention, but maybe there's some factor I'm missing?

I did consider benzos, but zopiclone I've read apparently has a higher risk of respiratory depression in multi-drug OD cases.

I was planning to take the promethazine half an hour earlier than the rest to supress any early vomiting and potentiate the depressive effects of the others. In large doses it also causes anticholinergic toxicity, which I reckon must count for something, but could also cause unnecessary stress.

Honestly now I'm wondering whether it's even worth adding the promethazine. Zopiclone+pregabalin+alcohol to me already seems like it'd do the trick, although I'm not sure which drug is doing the heavy lifting.
