Chinaski defending a violent criminal ladies and gentlemen!
What a load of bullocks,as you would say.The victim has sustained permanent brain damage, and you brush it off.
Oh yeah,do not forget to blame the right-wing media, because its their fault this is happening!
Get your head out of your ass.
Oh but wait, there was no intent to harm,so all is forgiven...
Maybe Glasgow is a piece of shit, because thugs dont get the justice they deserve.
On top of that, you have people like Chinaski coming up with all sort of excuses and washing off ,of menacing people who have no bussiness being in society!

I'm actually explaining how UK criminal law works and how such proceedings are rarely reported accurately, as literally anybody who isn't an idiot can clearly see, keep popping up in random threads with your cheap attempts at pathetic gotchas though, this is now the third time you've done this and at some point, one of us might start to look a bit foolish.

I dont care how it works. It is obviously not working very well!
I would appreciate if you did not come up with excuses for bastards.

Just remember this. What if it happens to you? What if you get sucker-punched unaware when walking by a thug?I dont think you will be so open-minded then.

As an edit, my interjection into the thread was unnecessary but entirely appropriate as well as factually correct and I don't want to derail the thread any further so I am retracting my comment to cease discussion.

Carry on with tragic stories.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Seeberg passed away on Sept. 10, 2010. She was a 19-year old freshman at St. Mary's College. Lizzy committed suicide 10 days after reporting she was sexually assaulted by a Notre Dame football player. During those ten days, she received several text messages from members of the football team including, "Don't do anything you would regret," and "Messing with Notre Dame football is a bad idea." And in her last 10 days, Lizzy was interviewed several times by campus police as were several witnesses. However, the accused student was not interviewed until after Lizzy's death. Six months after her death, the accused student was found "not responsible" for sexual misconduct.
