How is the piece of cloth supposed to choke the arteries without choking you out of air? you just wrap it around your neck and compress it? how would that not compress the windpipe?
i need details about this method if possible please, i'm planning for mid to end of march

Wrapping some long sleeves around your neck will prevent, in someway, the blood from exiting your head, not from entering. So, the only way it succeeds is if you get some kind of stroke in the brain due to the increase pressure in your head. That has, if I am not mistaken, 2-5% success, if you get a stroke. The pain is unimaginable, tho.

and no i have not tried yet. it's not actually a preferred method for me. maybe some looking at this method may benefit from a brazilian jiu jitsu class if the video doesn't help

Still, i find them but no matter how hard i press nothing happens except for the veins popping out in my head and feeling weird
