too much to say on a note?

I've been considering CTB'ing for at least a couple years now - going through phases of wanting to do it more or less through most of my teen years into becoming older - but one of the reasons is that I feel that I have too much to say in a note. I don't want to CTB without a note but I think if I write everything I want to say it'll be far too long.
I personally will not write a note on my day. It has some benefits but I would prefer just disappearing and never leaving anything behind, my family would understand in the long run.
