Cant get a job, cant make money, cant drive, cant motivate myself, cant be smart enough to think of anything useful, cant think of good methods, cant afford good methods, cant be good at anything... The only last hope is maybe telling mom how i feel and MAYBE (big maybe here) getting to move to her place.

There's a world of difference between a situation where there is no hope and a situation where there's one last hope. Follow that hope, go after it, chase it. Do whatever you can to get out of that abusive situation and into your mother's. After that, you can take a deep breath & reassess the situation. I wish you all the luck in the world to get yourself into a situation where the choices you make, whatever they may be, won't be made out of desperation.

You can't just call? Something tells me it will be better if she actually hears you asking her. I think it could make a difference for her to hear your voice.

Im struggling to even find the words to describe what im feeling plus having to try not to freak anyone out by admitting my suicidal thoughts its so hard noone has any idea how fucking difficult it is to talk i cant fucking do im going to die miserable and in pain i can barely talk normally about useless stuff how the fuck am i going to this im so fucked

Yes, we are in the same time zone. I'd definitely wait until 9 am or after to call, and at that point, people are often already going about their day. So maybe 8:30 am, at the earliest.
There's something about hearing the voice of someone asking you for help when they're in distress, particularly if you're blood relatives, I don't care how different your voice may be from hers, she will still hear a bit of her own voice in yours, hear herself in you, that's why I think your best chance of getting a "yes" is to actually call and ask.
