Water accentuates the horrible taste of the pills, thus leading to vomiting.

Trust me, I used to make that mistake when I first started doing this.

Use a flavoured juice, not carbonated as this will bloat you and make it difficult to get the tablets down.

I am an expert at overdosing. I know, I know, it's a paradox ... how comes I'm still here, right? Well, I was clinically dead on two separate occasions last year, was found choking on the second one, and was basically a goner. I was found, CPR, life support, and being treated for pneumonia as some of the fluid had gone back into my lungs.

If I hadn't been found, I'd be free, now.

The excitement is starting to build, now.

This is how it happens.

Giving myself today to enjoy my new computer, and to have a bit of a fast will do me good.

Then, tomorrow, I'll be at peace to do what I have to do.

I was brought out of a chemically induced coma in the intensive care unit, with cannulas in everywhere, mainline in my neck, tube down my throat, catheter in my dick, and hallucinating.

It was quite a thing.

Got sectioned after that one.
