Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

When I started my birth control it made my periods so horrible, the first one after my bc a huge blob of mucus and blood came out and it made my cramps so unbearable. I was getting burns and had the heat pad on 24/7, when a cramp would hurt I would drop to the floor in pain, slowly my periods went away, before bc I was having my period for at least 2 months the longest I had it was 5, I would sometimes have it once a month but usually it would skip and prolong. I got off bc this year and now my period is coming back big time, tho my normal periods never hurt, this one does and I can't help but to wonder if this is permanent. I want to have kids but if I am infertile than I would be so pissed and would probably get so depressed that I'd try to CTB. I am in pain and fear that it may get worse. When I would have days of just pain I wouldn't eat and I can't do that now, I'll get yelled at, the house would also be a huge mess when I'd be able to go downstairs and clean.

That sounds horrid, I'm sorry :\

Have you considered seeing a doctor about endometriosis or PCOS?

When I was younger I was told it was pms.
PMS only describes your symptoms about a week before your period, not during your period itself. Debilitating cramps are not par for the course, it might be worth bringing up with a doctor or gynecologist.

I have brought it up with 2 other doctors last year they both just didn't acknowledge it. It's really hard to get a doctor to actually take a women serious especially when it's about their period. Even female doctors brush it off a lot and it sucks but it's just how it is and at least the doctor from when I was a child told me something even if it got my mom and I really mad
