For some time I can't ctb. It's very hard to distract myself .

Anime, youtube, tiktok, movies, shows

Sometimes I go around my house to check in if the rooms are "Okay" or if some lizard got in xD

Reading, listening to the radio

Also I find writing things down (Like idk what you have to buy or something) distracts me
