I joined this website because I read somewhere that it make people kill self so I join to see if they give secret on how to die magic way in sleep. I read many people write angry things on other places how this website so bad. They very angry, unhappy make a lot of noise. But when I joined I have found nothing dangerous here only most normal talks. Nothing serious. If person decide to kill self person will do so many ways to kill self easy like jump building or hang with rope but some people want to make it look like very hard thing to do and make noise about sn and n. People that kill self every day in world most never heard of sn and n. Why do much complicate simple thing?

Exactly. If people want to die, there are plenty of ways to do it that don't require ever "stepping foot" onto this website.

If this website truly offered quick, easy, painless, fool-proof ways to CTB, then there'd be hardly any users here at all.

This is more a sanctuary for expressing pro-choice, even pro-death sentiments without the usual judgmental virtue-signaling.

I have a theory that this website agitates people because it gives a real time view of a problem that is generally invisible. The fact that such a large amount of people are suffering so much that they seriously consider ending it is not a pretty sight so I guess it's easier for some onlookers to go with the emotional knee jerk reaction and blame the place where they see this taking place.

Many people will completely neglect the fact that this website doesn't add to the problem, it simply gives those suffering from the problem a place of communion as well as a place to speak without censorship.

i think i would say that, ctb actually is quite a hard thing to do and is not simple. find yourself on the ledge of a skyscraper or face to face with a noose and you might take back those words. only 5% of ctb attempts succeed in a given year; this is a harrowing statistic. enclosed in that statistic are all the people who went so far as to actually attempt to board the bus, and failed for any variety of reasons. it also includes all of the physical and mental complications that can arise with a failed attempt. human SI is a force to be reckoned with, hundreds of millions of years of evolution and momentum to keep you alive despite seemingly unbearable pains. the desire for a painless exit, with SN or N, is only natural. think about how deep the suffering of someone who is forced to choose such a brutal act like skyscraper, train, or rope, the blinding pain they most likely feel before the bus arrives. then you might begin to understand why we are all here, and why we look for answers such as SN or N.

A lot of those pro life people are so delusional, it's best to just take no notice of the lies that they come up with, they cannot seriously believe that this website makes people end their existences, the fact is that suicide certainly is so difficult in this world as the most reliable methods are restricted from us. And anyway one has to overcome the instinct to survive in order to ctb in the first place, so if someone chose to ctb and managed to overcome all of the complications and obstacles involved in doing so, then it meant that they actually wanted to die and this is what pro lifers don't want to accept. The fact is that existence isn't worth enduring for everyone and for many suicide is simply the preferable option.

The reality is that nobody can be harmed by leaving this world. Death is the absence of all harm as existence is the source of it. Without existence there is no suffering and in fact death is the ultimate harm reduction. I could never want to exist in a world where there is unlimited potential for us to be tortured which is why suicide will always be the most preferable option for me.

It's kind of funny to me how much hate this site gets for existing. I specifically sought out a site like this (after reading a novel where a major plot point was a site just like this) and it was IMPOSSIBLE to find this site. Everything on Google was articles talking about how horrible it was, and even when I finally got the name of it, it wasn't showing up.

Basically, I don't think you're going to find this site on a whim, unless things have changed since then. You have to be really persistent to even find it, and I'm guessing the people who want to find it and put the effort into it are already pretty set in their thoughts.

The people who have dedicated their life's work to taking down this site are really quite sad and horrible. I think the real mental illness is fantasising about suicidal people having nowhere to talk to others and killing themselves with brutal methods. Even if this site got removed, it wouldn't change my desire to ctb and I would still hate life just as much.

Why do much complicate simple thing?

The classification of every person in their own community of values is the universal basis of every form of society.

The self-determined practice of suicide by the individual contradicts this principle 100%. "The player takes himself out of the game".
By committing suicide, the individual nullifies his desire to belong to the community of values, thereby questioning its authority.

Basically, I don't think you're going to find this site on a whim, unless things have changed since then. You have to be really persistent to even find it, and I'm guessing the people who want to find it and put the effort into it are already pretty set in their thoughts.

I think part of the difficulty of finding the site is location. I've heard about SaSu being blocked or restricted in a few countries. so it may not be easily seen in your search results, if at all. I just tested the visilibty of the site here in Canada (clearweb, normal google page, no vpn) and it's pretty accessible (after scrolling past the pro-life nonsense at the top of the page). Hopefully it stays that way though

People aren't going to end up on a sewerslide forum unless they WANT to leave this life. It's not like perfectly happy people stumble onto this website and become people who want to CTB. It's a place for people who have the same thoughts and issues to gather together.
