Thiopental 20g - how to calculate the solvent volume for rectal administration?

Would you say that 150ml water will be enough, based on concentration of liquid non-sterile N? What I'm worried about is it's caustic (high PH) and it will irritate my colon too much to hold it in.

Any sensible advice is welcome.

You can dissolve 20 grams of Thio in 20 ml of water, it gives you a total of 30ml volume
