Not too long ago my partner installed a metal loop into the ceiling to suspend/hang me by it with metal chain actually for bdsm but when we tried it she had me in a tight posture collar and within two minutes passed out and started convulsing from just the slight tension on my neck- she was still partially holding me. She told me after she was horrified and that she almost killed me but I'm realizing now that it's actually a very real and easy option I can do myself that is free that is also literally right in front of her bed. I just don't want the possibility of being a vegetable and I would feel bad if I lived and she found me.
