Venting Thinking about trying again

I am at work, one of my only friends got a girl interested in him and told me which motivated me to want to try again. By all means he is cool and awesome no hate to him.

But that motivated me to once I get home I want to try to tourniquet myself again and finish the job but too bad that small burst of no survival instinct will be gone by then.

(speaking for myself) they probably got jealous and felt bad about themselves because they compared themselves to their friend. usually when i get told stuff like that i get stressed mentally and worried no one's capable of liking me as much as (example person) because i'm too depressed, untalented, etc. it's easy to spiral from things like that when you have those mental connections

That alone wasnt the cause, sure it boosted my suicidality

Kinda like taking pre workout before a lift even though you had carbs in the first place
