Venting Think I'm Becoming an Alcoholic

I'm extremely suicidal and depressed all the time and alcohol help somewhat so I've been drinking a lot. I can see that I can very easily become addicted but I just don't really care enough to stop.

I've been there before, and am there now. Drinking some vodka alone in my room as we speak. Suicide and substance abuse go hand in hand

i feel that alchohol helps me too, though i never have access and maybe that stops me.

just be aware that alcohol will probably increase the chance of you ctb. whenever i'm even slightly tipsy (most days) i end up sh and more determined to ctb

I'm alright for now. My mom's with me. Idk I feel about the same as usual, haven't really had to speak with doctors and stuff yet.
