I'm planning to CTB in mid-July. Despite how close it is, the crippling boredom from my mundane life is getting unbearable. Does anyone have their own "bucket list" before CTB? I have a few things I've always wanted to do, but they're kind of out of reach.

Anyone have any suggestions for some genuine thrills/ good experiences so I can go out with a bang? I was thinking of going on a sunrise hike since I've never done that before. Nature is really one of the few things I actually still like about this world.

Feel free to tell me about your own "bucket lists" as well.

May I ask why you've decided on CTB? To move on to your question as well, some Items from my bucket list:
1) See the Eiffel Tower at night .
2) Visit the Grand Canyon and other national parks.
3) getting a nice pair of roller blades and going to rinks.
4) Trying the various alcohols around the world. Where I was born , we enjoy rakija!! Every country has their own specialty.
5) go to gaming hubs in South Korea.
6) Visit Japan and try some sushi .
7) learn some new languages.
8) build up the courage to go on larger rides at amusement parks. I'm terrified of heights but really want to get on a big old roller coaster .
9) go skydiving - I went indoor skydiving and it was the most amazing feeling . I want to try real skydiving!! They even have hot air balloon skydiving where you jump off the air balloons.
10) go somewhere where I can see the aurora borealis at night.
11) go to one of those professional telescopes and view the sky. There's even a place a few hours from me where you can look through and see the sun.
12) go to a comedy club and see some of my favorite comedians - especially Theo von lmao.
13) go to more concerts .
14) go to a rave.
15) climb a mountain (not too high).
16) go surfing or paddleboarding.
17) go kayaking again - it's so fun and peaceful.
18) go skiing or snowboarding.
19) go scuba diving .
20) visit tropical islands.
21) go to Hawaii, Australia , and more warm
places.
22) get richhhhh.

So many more , but just a short list I have ! I'm sending you all my love , please re- think your decision. This is a short list and it'll take all my life to complete :)

No I don't as I despise existing personally and see it as being pointless, unappealing and futile, it's just unnecessary suffering and it's just waiting around to die, but anyway I wish you the best with your plans, I hope you are able to do what you want to if possible. The only thing I wish for is peaceful eternal sleep.

I just saw a list from a user made in May 1st, 2023 but they are more of a list to make everyone else in your life move on more formally

  • Withdraw from school.
  • Tie up obligations.
  • Sell furniture.
  • Donate all of my books and most of my clothes.
  • Burn my diaries.
  • Pay off all my bills.
  • Withdraw enough money to last me until I ctb.
  • Move all my money to my checking account and write a check to a family member.
  • Quit subscriptions.
  • Get rid of as much food as possible.
  • Get rid of as much stuff as possible and clean up as much as possible.
  • Write a letter including instructions about keys, apartment code, car location, passwords.
  • Factory reset electronics.
I would personally add
"Closing relationships adequately"

I'm far too gone now to even want a bucket list to complete.
If someone gave me a ton of money to go travel the world and live life to the fullest I would just tell them that I'm really not interested .

Absolutely nothing in this world interests me now except dying.
I actually died a long time ago, so all I have to do now is kill my body.

Long story short— my life is going nowhere and I have no interest in living. Life just simply doesn't do it for me anymore.

I'm so sorry to hear this . What do you do for a living currently (if you don't mind sharing)? Job wise , school wise, personal life-wise. Just an interesting question I like to pose to people- what would your perfect life look like?

If this is "some" items from your bucket list then it must be very long.

No job, not in school, my daily life consists of rotting and planning my s💀icide lol
 💰💰 💰One idea could be, get a bank loan, have fun and donate the rest of the loan to SS. 🤪🍹🍩🍰🍕🍷
Omg I've always wanted to do this. I doubt I'll get approved though because I dont have income so idk how they would expect me to pay it back

I actually don't have a "bucket list" before ctb any more I'm too exhausted and empty. I did a lot of things already during better times so there's nothing much for me to miss anyway. Just waiting until I finally have the strength to ctb.

LMAO it's very long. There's so much shit left to do!!! I've never done karaoke , I've only ever travelled to two other countries , etc. so much to see .

I'm struggling now but I know and believe that things will get better. If they don't , I'll make them better .

The reply I wrote to the thread explains this, it's just pointless suffering wishing for death.

I can't really recommend things for you to do, as truly, I don't know you and everyone has their preferences but I guess I'll go with my own and maybe you'll find something you want to do

> Cuddle up with someone for a night
> Walk through a silent garden alone at night
> Do an escape room with friends (the friends bit is the hard part there)
> Try bartending
> Complete all my sketchbooks and sign each and every one of them
> Draw a self portrait without tearing the paper
> Get clothes that I like and want to wear
> Cry myself dumb at a rage room
> Plan and host a monthlong DND campaign
> Decorate my room
> Get a goodbye gift for myself
> Play all my steam games to at least 48 hours.

I guess, looking back on this list, that I just really want to complete my life as much as I can and build my personality and create a story that tells who I was.

I did most of the things in my better time, now there's not much left, it all feels kinda pointless and health is restricting me anyway. Hope you find some nice things for your bucket list

If you live near the mountains, take a hike and observe nature, science has proven that nature actually makes people feel happier, this could make you feel at peace and help you when the time comes. I hope your able to find peace in life or death

I would like to be able to have one last nice meal - I'm not even thinking of expensive or high end or trendy. I haven't been able to eat much since becoming ill in December and I would love a slice of NY pizza, or a good sandwich…even if I couldn't finish it, I'd sit and share with some squirrels and birds.
