• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have an at home therapy session with my parents. I don't want to share or let them know what I truly think. My parents are very supportive but that's what scares me. If I open up I lose freedoms in there house. They'd treat me like a kid again.

How do you do a family session but not seem like your hiding anything? If anyone has advice on what to do please share. I'm shit at covering up when questioned repeatedly. I fucking hate this!!!

Any therapist I've seen doesn't keep asking the same questions over and over again. The entire purpose of therapy is for you to discuss what you want to talk about and you shouldn't feel pressured into saying anything you're not comfortable sharing. Have you had therapy with them before? How did that go? Maybe just trying to keep things moving and positive, I guess about school friends hobbies or whatever

This is my first time with a therapist. times were I was open with my parents they get more questions and they won't let me not answer some. What they do is they keep my door open, track me on my phone, check my bag before leaving the house. That's what they do if I don't answer a question they find important. Though I do hope it's a better experience with the therapist but I just can't stop worrying and overthinking.
