The only thing that I look forward to is not existing , I enjoy nothing , I hate everything , I am extremely insecure I literally cant do anything or even go outside. I spend my days regretting that one mistake that ruined my life and wishing I wasnt so stupid. I feel traumatised , regretful and most of all I feel a deep deep sense of dread. I dread everything. I dread tomorrow , I dread night time because I am awake for about 5 hours and asleep for 2 or 3. I dread waking up , I dread going outside , I dread everything , I dread dying. I dont want to die. I want to not be alive. I will probably attempt but I am dreading that , but I will probably do it because I want this nightmare to end ASAP. Better to not exist than to feel like this.

I really understand finding it so dreadful to suffer in this existence, I also just want to cease existing, all I want is to never suffer in this terrible, torturous existence ever again, I always suffer as a result of existing, I hope you find peace.Similar threads
