Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I love cyanide and happiness that was great lol.
Took my medication. Still need to brush my teeth take a shower and hit up the campus. I will get to that in a bit though as I'm still waking up.
Hey,
I'm still in recovery. Left due to some dodgy pm's. New user name. Hi Sinksters! I missed you! Due to former dodgy pm's, I won't be publicly referencing my former username, but Sinksters are welcome to pm me, after I get 5 posts:)
I'm still here. Just a combination of groggy and busy. Trying to do laundry. Might as well be trying to climb Mt. Everest. It's almost through the wash cycle though so if I can just get it into the dryer I'll be halfway there. Of course then I have the white laundry to do, but there's not as much of that so it's not quite as big of a deal. It's actually folding all the shirts and jeans and towels and all that crap that exhausts me. Of course, it would probably be easier if I did laundry more than once a month, but I usually just don't have the energy.

Good idea! Only for me it would have to be my cardio for the week.
I actually did my sheets and other bed covers the day before yesterday. I had to take an entire day off in between because of how exhausted I was just from doing that.

I am okay. Very recovery oriented. Still hoping to advocate for improvements in our MAiD laws. Once it is Legal, terminally ill people shouldn't have to meet with their MAiD team at a bus stop near the Catholic hospital in minus 20 degree weather! "Legalise it" means "Legalise it" and that's what I am all about. Always have been.
Feel free to read between the lines:)
Welcome back Squiddy! I hope that you can have something other than chicken for dinner;)

I've worked out twice this week, both were leg days, and walked all around a medical center and downtown yesterday. Let's just say my legs are mad at me. I need to do arms tomorrow.
