Nope no hangover--drank water last night and stuff so it got rid of the one I had then, and woke up without one. The usual for me though.

its weird since I had my first full heavy mental breakdown last april, I've not enjoyed coffee or a cuppa tea at all since, just water mainly occasionally orange juice

Really.. I'm not sure. I am also on meds and medical marijuana. I still have horrible rocky periods. Almost CTB the other day. But maybe it would be worse if I continued.

I love the cold brew one but its hard to get locally, I have to rely online and its a pain in the ass

I totally hate being around others when in a bad mental state. Always afraid I'm going to slip. And at work, that's like 9 hours around people who basically 'know' you. And I definitely know some of my coworkers noticed.

Here's what you do. I was able to hide the fact Stan died. Nobody knew about him for obvious reasons. When you go to work say you are fighting the flu. Anybody who sees you are off, they will think it's that.

I normally say allergies (which is true). I've gotten really bad at lieing at my older age-- or I just give my instant replies to how I am of like 'ok, fine, here, living' like trueish, or just facts. Granted totally telling of my mental state lol.
