Yeah. Healthcare free at the point of contact. Only its often shit because it is so underfunded. The doctors have no time and are all on edge. Private healthcare is exactly the same, just with a nice coffee. When I was still working, I tried private consultations, but you don't even get properly referred back to the NHS. You have to start again at the beginning, the two just don't join up, even though its the NHS doctors that are working in the evenings to earn more cash privately. It doesn't work. If you have complex co-morbidities you are screwed because they don't take that into account.Are you in the UK?
