Well, that sucks. I mean, the first part. Though I wish we lived in a world where there'd be no need in stopping others' CTB too.

I mainly used DBT to help me with mindfulness back when I had a big issue with it, and for the coping skills.

So, how's your mindfulness skill now? :)

I'm pro choice. I am not pro choice if I know command hallucinations are telling you to do it and you really don't want to and can't tell the difference. I won't stand by and let that happen like @L0nelyghost
