I want to express my gratitude to everyone on this forum.

Ocd, social anxiety and depression has become too much for me. Everything gets worst day by day.

I have attempted to ctb many times but i was unsuccessful because i was found too early.

few hours from now, i plan on ctb by SN ingestion. this is my plan:
fast for 8 hours
take paracetamol one hour before sn.
take promethazine theoclate 40mins before sn drink to prevent vomiting.
consume the sn drink.
