Our path through life is effected by both biology and environment. We can deal with biology a little with medication and nutrition. However, the areas of greatest control we have is over our environment (such as avoiding toxic people, getting a job with less stress, or negotiating with family and friends).
Regardless of why we may face greater difficulty that some others, we need to focus on what we can do to manage things. For example if we have a biology that makes us more sensitive than others, we can control our environment somewhat to reduce our exposure to that which can overwhelm us.
