Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Anyway can't you ask your family for help? I mean I understand if you don't wish to do so considering you don't like the environment you're from but if it's that against prison well I feel like something could happen if you were more vocal or public about the things that were done to you.
