Normally i chat a lot of shit about psh i just didn't really believe in it but i was bored yesterday n decided i wanted to test it out. My setup was all fine i didnt get the exploding head feeling but around 5-10 seconds in each time i would gag and nearly throw up. Aside from this i honestly feel better about this method though i think ill give it a proper go eventually but does anyone have any ideas about the sickness. Oh also my body especially my arms kept twitching for up to an hour after.
