I love all the support here and understanding of what depression is of someone going through it's been the best

Just wondering if someone is here from CA or close to it,,? North CA??

I have made decisions and been struggling really bad only people here get it. Help with resources seems hard to come by here mental support isn't the same as physical support/actual movement which is more needed to CTB. No one gets it.
