• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I believe that any conscious being has a right to end their conscious at their will regardless of age, health, or social status.

No one chose to be born. At least give us the right to remove ourselves when we want to. I am not talking about spur of the moment. But for those who have really thought it through and really want to do themselves and the world better by removing themselves. Every life is important but its their life. It shouldn't be societies choice. There are plenty of amazing people who add to societies growth but most of us are literally just working to sustain ourselves for most of our lives. We do not add anything to society other than slave away to support the pensioners and mega corporations. Same thing for the ever growing elderly populous. They literally suck the living life out of the younger generation by existing longer.

I don't really believe that life is important at all, rather to me it's so unnecessary, futile and meaningless. Saying things like "every life is important" just comes across as an empty platitude to me as I see no need for existence, the existence of life is the most horrific tragedy to me, there's nothing important about suffering so senselessly in this pointless existence just waiting to die, there's no meaning or purpose to existence with nobody who no longer exists being able to mourn for the absence of it.

But yes, of course people should be able to permanently free themselves from the burden of a conscious being whenever they wish to and it's a terrible, unacceptable tragedy how suicide isn't viewed as the human right it truly is.
