Help suicide in a forest

hi! i was wondering if you all had any suggestions on methods for CTB in a forest. i have always loved nature, particularly bugs, and honestly would feel at peace giving my body to them while freeing myself from this mental torment. (also, it means my family won't have to walk in on me dead).

i don't want to hang myself because i don't think i realistically could. i would prefer to overdose or cut, but am unsure of the most accessible & easy methods. id love any ideas :)

I love the idea of decomposing in nature too. I've heard it's extremely pungent, so I'm not sure how possible it is to hide the odor.

^ their suggestion is good. I would've said hanging, but if you don't think you cokuld then that wouldn't work. honestly? my SI would kick in hard too. next most reliable option is firearm, if you've got access? any way it goes, mate, I wish you love and peace <3

I live near a forest also and have been thinking about going pretty far and using a shotgun. Someone might hear but it shouldn't be family, so they could mourn you "properly" if wanted but don't have that memory. I also love nature and the thought of being surrounded by it sounds lovely. As for advice, would say go far enough to be found but not close to home, and be quick to minimize your paranoia.

Theres a spot near where I live with an open area where I can see the entire town I live in surrounded by thick boreal forest its around a 4 or so hour hike and that would be the perfect place for me to CTB with a shotgun ive always liked the idea of returning to the land where my ancestors lived im not a religious person but I just feel like theres something special about the boreal forest like that its calling to me like theres something greater than what I can see about these forests and the places where my ancestors lived (sorry if my wording is weird)

No problem mate, wording is fine. There is something that's enticing about ctb in a forest, huh? It's cool that you've got a spot that's connected to you!

If you're planning to do this in the woods and want your body to be found, you'd better prepare something (I don't know, maybe a scheduled email with coordinates), because it's not a given that you'll be easily found. One of the users here still hasn't been found after three months

sounds nice but it gives you small amount of time and effort for testing if you are doing it right
