Help Amitryptiline

I have no access to a firearm. I live in an apartment that only has 4 stories and I'm deathly afraid of heights, not to mention I'm too weak to climb. I'm in a wheelchair and can't stand for more than 2 minutes. I don't think I have a viable way or mobility to do even partial hanging. I don't have SN on hand, just opamox and venlaflaxine, and can refill on amitriptyline in a few days. I know that pills aren't usually a viable method, I've lurked for years and know that most attempts fail. But I fear that this is truly the only method I seem to have.

I'm genuinely seeking advice from any who have it. I would like to go today or at least within a week. Thank you.

I'm so sorry to learn about what you've been going through. I'll not recommend amitriptyline. It'll never lead to successful ctb. I know you are in a tough situation. But hoping on amitriptyline is not going to get you anywhere either.
I'm also not having a viable method. All i can do is wait until i can come across a method that works for me in my given constraints
Check if you can find carotids. If you can find carotids, there may be possible methods here on the site.
I have been thinking of using nitrous oxide lately with plastic bag but I'm not sure if i can get that big plastic bag anymore, as plastic is banned in India now and i don't know if getting a sufficient source of nitrous oxide is feasible.
But if i can manage those, as per a thread, it could be promising
