In 2023 (most recent stats) 27,300 people CTB with a firearm in the US. How did they overcome their survival instinct? What was their secret? Even women and children were among them. Why is this so goddamn difficult? I'm so fucking desperate to die and I have the tool to make it happen. It's infuriating and depressing at the same time. My problems, both mental and physical, are so substantial that I should be able to get this done without too much effort. I just want out!

If I'm not mistaken, in a lot if not most of these types of cases it's just an impulsive decision.
So basically they probably look like this: Something happens, they grab a gun, pull trigger, POW, bus caught.
