Suicide by Femoral Artery

Although I'd prefer to use sodium nitrite, I don't know if I'll be able to get the antiemetics without a prescription. I've decided to buy a topical numbing cream and try for the femoral artery. The numbing cream I'm looking at has been well-reviewed regarding tattoos. Since I'm cutting deeper though, would it reduce the pain entirely or just from the surface? I'm planning on letting the numbing cream absorb for a couple of hours beforehand.

I imagine it'll numb the surface and maybe a small amount underneath but I doubt it'll numb the whole way. There are other ways to buy anti emetics though without prescription.

No that wont work. I dont know what size you are, not that it really matters, but in a slender person the femoral artery is located about an inch under the skin , but in someone larger, like say a fat person it could be as much as inches under the skin. I dont believe that you would be able to tolerate the pain long enough to be able to dig in deep enough to get to the femoral artery. The local anaesthetic you are talking about, yes they are great for tattoos, these are fine needles going a couples of millimetres into the skin. The local provides a good barrier of numbness to the outer layer of skin for the person getting the tattoo. So you put the cream on maybe two hours before you go and from the start of when they begin your tattoo you should get about two hours of tattooing before the numbness wears off and the pains starts to kick in. But let me remind you, that there is a big difference between needles going a couple of millimetres into your skin and a knife going into an inch or more? The numbing cream will not be effective at that level im afraid.

Thank you for the advice. I'll probably reconsider sodium nitrite then. I was looking at the antiemetics listed in the guide, and they're all prescription ones. Would something like Pepto Bismul work or would it be the wrong kind of antiemetic? Can an antacid replace the role of an antiemetic and reduce nausea?

I agree if done right....it should go as quickly as possible....if my drinking myself to death journey fails then i know to go for the femoral/carotid artery to end it.

Yes if you are a slender person, the femoral artery is about an inch under the skin. For say an obese person it can be several inches.
