Method Suicide by consuming foxglove/bitter almonds?

Those two options are very much accessible for me. I am currently planning my bus departure and doing my research. I've had a bag of bitter almonds for a while with me now, I havent used them yet, as I was waiting for the day of my bus departure. But it seems like you need less of foxglove to pass away. How much would the amount of both of them need to be to erase a light woman?

Cyanide's minimum lethal dose is estimated at 0.56 or 1-3 mg/kg a bitter almond on average has 6.2 mg. for foxglove the fatal dose for humans is about 10 to 20 mg per kg (i couldnt find any good source about foxglove as i got only one article about foxglove poisoning and one case of someone overdosing it but being resuced without the amount she ate being there) so do the math on know how much u need to eat(?) knowing your weight. So the method is really unreliable, u need to remember that its hard to eat that much and to also not stop from your survival instict kicking in. Much love and good luck
