Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So, I was just looking at the results of some of my latest medical blood tests and I remembered that I have an iron deficiency. I'm not technically anaemic at the moment (though I have all the symptoms) but I have a ferritin level of 19ug/L as of a few weeks back , down from 23ug/L in November, and I haven't gone out of my way to rectify it (reference range - normal: 30.0-200.0ug/L)

I'm just questioning whether the effect of the SN that I intend to take at some point, will affect me quicker or differently because of already having trouble with oxygen binding to my red blood cells?

I'm not complaining, just a thought.
