Looking for opinions regarding being strangled to death by another person (being a willing participant) after taking a powerful sedative of some sort. Still painful? How aware would one be? Etc.

I think the main problem is finding someone who is willing to strangle you after you're sedated.

Having someone else do it becomes murder, according to the law. Even if you could find someone willing to do it, they'd have to suffer the consequences after you're gone.

I have someone willing to do it, I am more interested in whether I would be aware of the strangulation if a sedative was administered and how powerful would the sedative need to be? Etc.

Someone willing to do it, eh? Well, if your amazing friend knew about choke holds at all, then you don't need to feel a thing. A black out is the ultimate way to go. You could even dry run that, but if it's just practice, make sure the hold is released as soon as you black out. Serious brain damage there if the brain goes without for too long.

Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
