I read on a forum that "Most often, due to the powerful and rapid sedative effect of alcohol and sleeping pills(Doxylamine), a person simply falls asleep very quickly. The brain shuts down so fast that it simply doesn't have time to notice any unpleasant symptoms or register a deterioration in well‑being. It looks like falling into a deep, heavy sleep almost immediately after taking the medication. Physiological silence: the process of respiratory center depression during sleep proceeds covertly — breathing becomes increasingly quiet and unnoticeable until it stops altogether." If that's really ,why haven't I come across this method here? Or am I missing something? Please explain it someone who knows about this something
