Stat dose with meto

Ok. My time has come. I need to test my meto but unsure the best way to go about it. Is it OK to take 30mg of a stat does about 45 minutes before drinking my 200ml vodka? This is only to see if the meto will work. I also have Dramamine on hand in case . Or can I take both meto and Dramamine as stat dose? And how long should I fast for? 12 hours is enough or not?
