Stat dose or 48 hr regimen for sn method and why?

What is the rationale for choosing one over the other? Plus is the max fast time recommended 8 hrs?

Don't know for sure, but I was just reading @Moonicide's goodbye thread from Jan 2020. Within it she did a 3 day regieme. stating that it was to allow her body to adjust to the supplementary medication.

Personally I'll be going for the 8 hour fast recommended in Stan's guide, simply because it's far easier going that long without food.
