Mountain where I can fall 250 - 300 ft down, I have a spot picked where I'll land clean on some rocks. I hope like hell this works. I'm gonna be heading out after thanksgiving to try it out, can't be confident if I'll have the courage or not but we'll see. Easy to say you'll jump till you actually get up there.

I'm hoping it feels like in those dreams where you're falling and you don't really feel anything and then you land and then it's over. I know that's not what it'll be like though.

But I've truly thought this through. Jumping is the smartest way I have in my arsenal to go about this. It'll be quick and painless. I've tired really hard with partial hanging. But I just can't be 100% confident that I will die once I pass out. And suspended hanging is painful.

I've actually been trying to jump for 2 years now, so many times I hiked up that mountain. And constantly just searching up the elevation and what not, and looking at stories of people falling from mountains. Just trying to be confident that I don't survive.

I'm hoping maybe now that I've suffered some more that maybe I'll have the balls to finally do it. I know I definitely won't be conscious when I hit the ground. Hopefully if I do survive, I succumb to my injuries before I can be saved.

I wish you luck from a fellow jumper. I to do a lot of research on people from around the world that have jumped. I try to convince myself if they can do it so can I. People from every country, age and background jump everyday. So why not me? I hope I have the guts when the time comes because I don't have a backup plan.

Maybe a mountain is easier than a building but it says you're a professional so this should come easy for you 😁

I put that just to have a cool bio or whatever you call it lmfao, but considering all the threads I've made and looked at about hanging and jumping. I'd say I'm on my way to living up to it.

I keep telling myself I'll be able to imagine myself having a soft landing. People learn to jump from a plane with only the belief a parachute will open. People base jump and wear those suits that could fail but there had to be a first time where they were shitting themselves but did it putting all their faith in their clothing or backpack, even if they did a tandem skydive, it must have been hard to jump but they did it.

There's a super deep pond on top of a mountain that I climbed successfully several times as a fun activity. There's a warning that tells people to not go inside the pond because it's too deep. I almost jumped into that cold and filthy pond but my father was there to hike with me and stopped me. Now I can only go there alone in a cab (I can't drive unfortunately). I don't know how to swim, so if I do jump into that pond, will I go down to the deepest point and pass away? Problem with jumping from the mountain is that it's curved. It's not a straight drop, and I don't see any mountains near me that have a straight drop either.
