Venting Starting my 8 hour fast

Hey guys I just wanna say thank you to anyone that replied or messaged me I am now stating my 8 hour fast then 2 hours before starting my water fast.ill keep updating till the end.im going to do 50 ml of water with mabye 25 grams i might do a bit more than i should I haven't decided just in case
