So, I've been taking Visine with my nightly drinks every night to get this whole process started.

Why Visine? Honestly, I don't really want know when exactly I'm going to go.
I've lived a wild, exciting life up till now- and I intend to do just that, up until my heart cant handle it anymore.

I just started a new job, that I would actually like under normal circumstances.
As I've mentioned in previous posts, I've been suffering from this constant "chitter chatter" for over a year, that has made my life near unbearable.

It's not schizophrenia, it's not paranoia. I'm 99.9% sure an ex-boyfriend of mine (whose father works as an apple engineer, and has close friendships with members of the FBI) has been harrassing me via my tech for the past 17 months.
I can't prove it, I can't escape it, and it's so incredibly difficult to explain.

This past year, I suffered a massive stroke and minor heart attack.

My "friend" had me involuntarily committed during the height of my insomnia, which ruined all prospects I have in regards to a future career.

I wanted to be in either law enforcement, or the forensics field working in a state lab- and that's no longer possible.
And unfortunately- these hopes for the future were some of the few things keeping me going.

Now that these career options are off the table, I have very little keeping me moving forward.

My dad keeps suggesting I quit my job and "apply for disability" for literally the rest of my life.
For once, I've said "OK".
Because I really dont care anymore. I'm done fighting.

How does taking visine feel?
I'll tell you right now that I can definitely feel a difference.
It's difficult to explain, but I can definitely feel that my body has been pumping it towards my heart.
Light-headedness, low heart rate and general numbness are all things I've experienced at work since taking Visine.

My genuine hope is that I'll no longer be alive after Christmas 2022... so I'm hoping that my current micro-dosing of visine NOW (Approx. 10 drops per drink) will make my death by MACROdosing later that much easier.

Much love and current updates to follow,
XOXO
Jackie

I don't live in the US, but why would insomnia treatment affect law enforcement prospects?

It was the involuntary commitment. Any history of admissions to psychiatric wards or mental illnesses is usually disqualifying even for fields outside law enforcement, such as aviation. Our government does a great job of stigmatizing mental health and would rather have individuals go untreated to retain employment, so much so that soldiers returning from deployments would intentionally not disclose PTSD symptoms in fear of losing their security clearance.

To Jackie, I sympathize with you. I'm in roughly the same boat, but you never truly know if they're off the table until you try. Wishing you all the best.

I would strongly advise against overdosing on Visine (tetrahydrozoline) for two reasons.

First, the lowest reported lethal dose of tetrahydrozoline in children is 175 mg per kg bodyweight. This is likely to be higher for adults. Visine is dosed at 0.05% w/v (which means that 1 mL of Visine contains 0.05 mg tetrahydrozoline) so a regular 15 mL bottle contains only 0.75 mg tetrahydrozoline — far from a lethal dose.

Second, one case report of lethal Visine poisoning states that the victim passed away after three days, in the hospital. It seems to take much too long to cause death, and thus you would be found and sent to the ER.

If ingesting Visine were a peaceful and reliable method to die, it seems clear that we would know it by now as it is available OTC and tetrahydrozoline has been around since the 1950-60s.

If you decide to continue doing this, and I'm definitely NOT suggesting that you should, be sure to leave behind some sort of note so that law enforcement doesn't attempt to blame someone else for poisoning you. I've read a few stories about people being poisoned by family members/spouses/etc via this method. I'm sure you wouldn't want that to happen.

I'm very sorry you're having to go through this mess. Life can certainly suck.

It sounds so awful and tiring what you have had to endure. I don't really know anything about this method, but I hope that you find the freedom that you wish for.

How much Visine are you taking? Are you taking the whole bottle or a few drops at a time? I've been wondering if I should pick up a bottle of Visine and add a few drops a day to my coffee. I have SN but I don't even know if it's good anymore and that's another whole slew of worries. I'm planning on taking SN in February but it may make me feel better if I start taking drops of Visine up until that point at least. So how much are you exactly taking every day?

A while back I did consider chugging down about 15-20 bottles of Visine...Would that amount would let me CTB? What do you all think?

I'm afraid of the micro-dosing mainly because of the unpredictability of WHEN you'll actually CTB. I'm afraid that I'll suddenly get a heart attack while driving my loved ones and accidently injuring/killing them and others in the process...

Yes, 15-20 bottles of visine would kill you.
I'm microdosing so when I do decide to go all out, I'll have a higher chance of actually dying and not ending up in the hospital.

About 15 drops of visine/day. It's enough that I feel a difference, but I can tell it'll take a higher dose to do keep in completely.

I'm not sure what you're laws are in whatever country you're living in, but in the USA all you have to do is pin a paper with "do not resuscitate" written on it to your body, and you won't be taken to the hospital and kept alive (out of fear of being sued for going against your wishes.)

I've also considered acquiring some fentanyl... I mean 100,000s of accidental overdoses per year can't be wrong, right??

I've considered visine as well. I would be interested in hearing how it goes with the micro-dosing. I live alone, so no worry of being found in time to be saved.
