Sometimes it takes several minutes. Don't go anywhere, just try to stay calm. When you start to feel it, you may lose physical control and not be able to get back to the bed or wherever you want to be.
Edit: That is, unless you want to be interrupted and rescued.Its been close to 12 hrs since he took SN. Looks like we lost another kind soul. RIP my friend.
