1. Person A (not the Nembutal guy) posts "I want to get jacked".
2. Person B decides person A's workout.
3. Person A reports on whether they completed the workout on not.

Person A can indicate what equipment they have and what exercises they can do.

Ok, the thread can also serve as a way to journal your workouts since it's about to get sunk like 90% of my other threads :pfff: :pfff: :pfff:

Today I did diamond push-ups until failure and plank until failure, also threw in some lunges. I usually spread the workouts throughout the day but somtimes I do several sets consecutively.

Must be nice. I can't be bothered to do any exercise besides walking and stretches.
Thanks for engaging with the thread. I feel a lot better when I exercise, and it doesn't have to take more than 15min a day (at least as a beginner).
