• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

idk, as someone thats feeling done with the world i thought id share a "feel good story" as a reminder to myself and anyone that might be reading this, that sometimes its the things you think nothing of, that means everything to someone else.....

its lunchtime now so ive been up at the hospital a good chunk of the morning and my morning in general not going that well (my eggs for some reason not tasting like eggs; more stress on top of eating disorders) the last stop before coming back to the house i had to pick a few things up at the pharmacy, and because they weren't your basic advil etc i needed to ask for help. (thankfully i had already planned for that on the walk to the pharmacy, so my social anxiety was "dealt with").
because of my mental disorders i find myself missing half my dictionary at times, and i felt bad constantly having to look for like every word. so i said "im sorry, but because of my mental disorders i struggle with remembering words a bit" and he said "its ok take your time".

i know its kind of "their job" but that doesnt change human personality, getting impatient. and not everyone does good at their job. and some people are mean or else i wouldnt be fed up with people being mean to me. so it was just really nice with everything i have going on, and my own mental state......
its a "stupid, small, insignificant" 5 words......but i want to cry..... 🥲

Thanks for this. How sweet of him to be understanding.
I personally think there are far more kind people than not. It's just that the mean ones get noticed more, and by more people so their negative impact is magnified.
Kind of like the bullies at school. Everybody knows who they are, only a few know the nice nerdy kid with glasses...
