hello. i have some questions regarding the partial and i think you can help me.
i can only do it with a scarf, a rope is currently out of the question for reasons that are beside the point.
anyway, my questions are these:

-what position should i be in when i'm ready? multiple places gave multiple answers
-with socks or without socks?
